During the production phase of the project if something needs to be altered, simply inform us and we'll take care of it. If your request is outside the scope of the original specs of the project, we will discuss options to proceed and any additional costs, if any.
DURING PRODUCTION: You will be able to follow right along with our team as your project comes to life. You will be able to communicate as well as upload files and see when tasks are due to be completed based on the production calendar. You'll know exactly when things are being done, and when they are scheduled.

If we make a mistake. We fix it. No questions asked. We will work towards meeting all deadlines agreed to unless you delay us or unless there is an unforeseen delay out of our control. If any deadlines have to be changed, we will notify you immediately and move them to a convenient date for all parties for Proofing process.

If you make a mistake, and want to change something, that is not a problem, but please let us know as soon as possible so that we can catch the issue as soon as possible to mitigate costs, if any, that maybe involved to save you money.

We will create the graphics based on your input, and provide you a design to review. Sometimes we will provide more than one design to view depending on the product, at our discretion.
PROOF 1: The Design Proof is typically completed within 10-15 working days after we have reviewed your needs and set up a production schedule, but can take longer depending on the complexity of your project. We will provide a schedule to you when we start your project and we will stay in touch with you throughout the project.
PROOF 2: The Functionality and Content Proof is typically completed within 10-15 working days after the Design Proof is approved by you, but can take longer depending on the complexity of your project.
PROOF 3: The Final Proof - Pre-Launch Proof is typically completed within 5-10 working days after Proof 2 is approved by you, but can take longer depending on the complexity of your project.
Requests after Proof 3: Proofs or changes requested after your Final proof, Proof 4 and thereafter, can be provided but will be charged by the hour.

If you make a mistake, and approve an item and it has an error on it and it goes to press, we will fix the error once identified by you, and we will give you a 30% discount on a reprint of the exact same item. Order must be placed within a 10 day period of the order that was with mistake.

Proof Color Note: Colors are not always accurately displayed in the proofing process and may appear slightly brighter or different than the final product if being printed.
High Volume Note: Because we gang run all our printing for high volume runs in full-color printing, we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; therefore, we offer print industry standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided and/or approved as possible. Products look in 97% of the case as you would expect them to. There is a very small variance where colors may slightly vary.
Graphic Design Projects: Graphic Design for any type project that we provide will be rich, dynamic, and quality graphics. We will strive to meet all your goals to insure the richest design for the final product.
Guarantee:
Quantum will provide a minimum of one design and up to 3 proofs.
Graphic Design projects, require a 50% deposit of cost of the design services to be paid in advance. The balance of the design services are not charged until your design project is completed and approved by you.
If we cannot meet or exceed your requirements, by the third and final proof, we will not bill you for the remaining 50% of the design work provided you do not approve the third proof. The initial 50% deposit is not refundable.
In this case, Quantum will retain all aspects of the artwork, all files, images, graphics and any other work or materials used to design your project except materials or graphics you have provided.
